Progressive Web Apps. Also for Android you can install native apps without the store from other sources. People still using IOS clearly do not care about this sort of thing.

Thankfully there was an update that this will not affect noncustodial wallets. However, this highlights the importance in knowing how to use tools before it's necessary. Side-loading an Android device could be the only way to use the software you need. Best to prepare, practice and know how to handle the situation before it arises. ^^ Just pulled a top video from the search. Primary note here is that this does not apply to Apple devices. It is possible, but way more difficult and limited. We would recommend checking @GrapheneOS as a privacy-focused alternative Android. This will entail investment in an UNLOCKED Pixel.

Obviously the best practice is to get apps outside of Play Store but if you need it considering separate what you download from it (and the Play Store app itself) in a dedicated profile
