Nostr has a #forum, now. π I put it in my #Jumble 𧩠fork. That means it's a website, so you don't have to install anything.
Because it has topic grouping and sorting, rather than follows and feeds, anything you post there can be seen by anyone with read-access to the relay(s) you used.
There are no separate community events or moderators. Nothing but relays. π€π»
