it was about 28 December when I saw a post from @nostr.build about a Christmas video contest. I was sitting on the sofa, beside the Christmas tree with kids playing loud... First thought "ok let's do it". "Kids we will make a video for #nostr, to participate in a contest". They loved the idea! Grab some paper, draw N O S T R, put some Christmas toy-houses around, adjust #privacy 😜 and started clips! [ The older one saw me once playing with bitchat and cashu and saw an image of @calle ! "Dad why he is wearing a mask??" It was a very good opportunity to speak about privacy 😜🙏 The next day he asked for a full-face/balaklava ] Soooo before some days I learned from #nostrbuild that I was the winner 🏆 AND .....the ONLY participant in the contest 😳🥹😂 I am using nostr.build a lot of time now. And I believe they deserve much more (with improvements of course 🙂🫂). I was happy that we won 😜 but I was thinking also "why just me ..". It was also a bit sad (although Christmas and New year is a strange ..time-period) We need a standard # for contests! 🙂 #nostrcontest so all the #creators #artists could check and participate! @nostr.build thank you very much and really appreciated that even with just one (an excellent one..😁) participation you followed the rules. It's my biggest #zap since the beginning in this purple wonderful #archjourney Love #nostr 💜🧡 today I announced the results to the kids (just the first part that we won for now 😁). And I told them that they earned about 25K #sats each! "But dad we were three, 25k is not correct..!" So it was a good opportunity to explain them about taxation 😂🤣😅🤗
