to be clear, he is broadly familiar with the subject, but there is so much disinformation and wild theories in ufology, that a more hard-science minded guy like Ben has not gone deeply into. but i think that among those things, as you can find in some part elaborated in The Apocalypse of Yajnavalkya, and even, he quoted a verse from the Book of Enoch where noah "witnessed the world turning over" and damn i'm gonna have to read that book again!
the most important thing, in my opinion, is that the old stories, from north american, to south american, to african, european, asian, and oceania region mythologies, all talk about "beings of light" of some description bringing warnings and the stories exist, because they successfully survived the last 12000 year cycle zero point, that we are coming up to now in the next decade or three.
