Dear Nostr,
As the days get shorter I've been trying my best to decelerate, to reduce, to cherish the simple things. Food. Water. Fire. Family. Health.
We take health for granted, until the hospital visit that rips our world apart. We take life for granted, until tragedy strikes and death is at our doorstep. "A healthy man has many wishes, a sick man only one."
But we still have today. The present. A gift.

I hope that nothing in this direction happenend to anyone dear to you.
But you're absolutely right!
I recently heard Anthony De Mello saying: "If you don't have a tooth ache, you're probably not even aware that you have a tooth."
Pura Vida dear Gigi.. π«π€πΌπ
