How to get better at sales
1. Listen 4x more than you talk (80%/20%).
2. Know that empathy is everything. And practice it.
3. Focus on understanding their problems before you say a word about your solution.
4. Related: know where they want to go. Otherwise, you'll both be lost.
5. Do what you said you'll do when you said you'll do it.

Spot on, great list. Id also say, anectodally...pick up your phone ! Cant believe how many times the person to get my business is the one that actually picked up the phone or called me back that day.
