All the banking apps (and I have a lot of them), Tesla app, and quite some more that either rely on Play Services, push notifications or check if they are really installed from Play Store.

Yes, banking apps are a pain in the ass. I've switched to using banking apps on a dedicated Android device. That device stays turned off in my safe. Hey, back in the day, I had to wait until Monday to go to the bank to make a transfer. Now I manage to do the transfer in the evening. BTW, Bitcoin fixes this. 😉
There's still the private profile in GOS. I haven't yet found an indispensable app that I can't use without the Google Play Store and that always needs to be "online." But I can imagine running such an app there. - By the way, I was an iPhone user since the iPhone 3 and have been on GOS for a few months now. It’s quite a stretch, but I don’t want to go back to Apple.
