The Christian Church is the true Israel of God and all faithful Christians are the children of Abraham. To truly make America great again is to return to a national recognition that Christ is Lord and to therefore submit to his Lordship in faith the way Abraham did. So, yeah, let's support Israel. We have to repent nationally. That means many current American Jews and Muslims, as well as Hindus, Buddhists, Atheists, Transhumanists, Wiccans, et al. would repent and turn to Christ. After that, there may be a place for minority religious populations to dwell in the US in limited numbers via a sound and rational immigration standard and as long as they agree to abide by the laws governing the land (which will reflect a broadly Biblical standard of justice and governance).
