Bitcoin literally is a network with rules and without rulers. A religion without rulers would make an interesting one. Some influencers however do like to connect their beliefs, even christianity, to what they understand about Bitcoin.

People labelling others as following a "false religion" are on the wrong track.

Organized religion = death cult / evil / agency minimizing Bitcoin = Life cult / good / Agency maximizing Mixing the to makes both worse at their purpose.
