I think it's an and not an or. I don't think fiat suddenly dies but Bitcoin will exist beside it as fiat repeatedly crashes further in value. Bitcoin is available for anyone when they're ready. Sadly I don't think everyone will choose it.

It’s becoming more and more clear to me that producing things or providing services, and accepting Bitcoin is the way My wife makes skincare products and accepts btc and has been outstacking me- accepting fiat (from mostly boomers) and converting leftovers after expenses to btc
