A core focus of the role will be building meaningful stakeholder relationships, working alongside business partners and communities to ensure effective implementation of these priorities in {{Org Acronym}} and across the wider {{Domain}} community through {{Local Units}}. Looking into {{Future Year}}, key priorities for this role will be to support and grow gender balance and inclusion, contribute to a more culturally capable system and ensure effective Safeguarding policies, processes, and practices are in place. About You As an advocate for change, you champion diversity, promote inclusive practices, and model culturally responsive behaviour. You’ll be leading a {{Team Size}} team, so the ability to operate strategically, influence others, but also roll up your sleeves and get things done will be essential. A mix of cultural expertise and pragmatism will be required to ensure you can build connections and drive change. Demonstrated experience and impact influencing systems to be more culturally capable (specifically {{Cultural Capability Focus}} cultural capability) and driving equity and inclusion will be an advantage. Experience building relationships and influencing positive change across a large and complex system is desired but not essential.
