I've been bedridden for the past few days trying to work through a medical issue. No resolution as of yet, loads of wild dreams though.
My ability to get things done is pretty much zero right now. It's really frustrating.
This is an open offer to anyone who submitted music, station IDs, or fun audio clips to be part of @radiofreefedi@musician.social. I'm in the process of writing an article talking about the project's history and all the cool stuff they did, and would love to get permission to include some station ID jingles, quirky traffic report clips, or anything else that comes to mind.
It was an incredible project and amazing effort, and that part of the story needs to be told. If anyone wants to offer a quote for what RFF meant to them, that would be a huge deal.
Just played with Terrain3D for #Godot, and it's pretty incredible. Basically, an indie gamedev team worked together to build their own open source terrain system for the engine, and it looks pretty fantastic!
It's easy to use, and the demo can teach the basic concepts in like 5 minutes. I've been extremely curious about building a 3D game with Godot for some time...this might just be the push I need...
