Time flies.... 11 years ago, I had a home in the city and felt the air quality was too horrible for the newest thing in my life.... Now he's a pre-teen, and loves his mountain home. Time's a theif.

If you've got a few tomatoes that are about to go bad, our favorite thing to do is make a roasted salsa. roasted with some bacon grease salt, white pepper, garlic, red pepper flakes, tomatillo, red onion, just about anything cooked at 350-400° until reduced and then throw in blender with some lime juice and enjoy! #salsa #photography #foodstr #grownostr
