Took my first deer yesterday and processed her myself. A friend taught me how to do it. I think taking an animals life is something extremely sensitive and should be approached with the utmost respect. I also strongly believe that men shouldn’t be disconnected from the consequences of their actions… as it happens way too often nowadays. #Hunting and everything that follows is becoming a lost art. I love #meat and now being able to understand a lot better where it comes from is a gift. It’s interesting that this experience has increased my love and respect for life even further. #foodstr #freedom

@jack mallers This sums up the system perfectly. Your financial services provider unilaterally defaults on his obligations to you while reminding you, in the same letter, that you must still meet all of yours. All based on “concerning activities” they’ve observed. Wondering if JP Morgan Chase’s relationship with Jeffrey #Epstein qualifies as “concerning activities” 🤔… #Bitcoin #Nostr image
Brilliant explanation of #Marxism. Very relevant to understand the playbook as it is applicable to so many things. 1. History is defined by the struggle between an oppressor group and an oppressed group (worker vs capitalist, black vs white, religion A vs religion B, climate victims vs climate sinners, Main Street vs Wall Street etc). 2. There is an elite among the oppressed who understands what’s going on and they have the right and duty to lead the oppressed to overthrow the system for the greater good. 3. This elite centralizes power around themselves. 4. Kill everybody who disagrees. 5. Utopia. Every movement can fall into this dynamic as it is the logic consequence of the human desire for power. Even worse, if the wheels are in motion it feeds on itself as it draws in the worst characters that continue to escalate. Genuine wisdom and courage is needed to not go along and ultimately stop it. #freedom #bitcoin
#Bitcoin really seems to scare socialists. This is a poster of the German Socialist party - legal successor of the SED who terrorized and murdered its own citizens in east Germany before the Berlin Wall fell). It says “instead of gambling with Bitcoin stop rent gouging”. It’s hard to express my feelings for these people without getting very insulting… #Germany #Freedom image

One of the greatest illusions of our time is the belief that we live in capitalism; in a system of free markets, honest prices, and open competition. But what we have today is not capitalism. It is its distorted image, a dolled-up corpse that is sold to us as freedom. Precisely those who rail most loudly against capitalism understand its principles the least. They regulate and strangle, create monopolies, lobbying, inequality, and blame the "evil capitalists" when nothing works. We do not live in capitalism, we live in corporatism: a symbiosis of state and corporation, in which laws become commodities. No longer does the consumer decide, but the lobbyist. No longer does innovation rule, but proximity to power. Licenses, subsidies, and patents have replaced competition. Those who play along with the political game win; those who question it lose. The entrepreneur is no longer the creator, but the supplicant. He no longer struggles for customers, but for approvals. And the politician who lets himself be bought calls that "responsibility." Both profit, only the citizen pays the price. This is how the monopolies arise that are blamed on capitalism: not because the market fails, but because it is shackled. Microsoft, Google, BlackRock, they do not live despite regulation, but because of it. They write the laws that build them protective walls. Capitalism is voluntary exchange. Corporatism is institutionalized banditry. Only the state turns success into a privilege and property into a grace right. We do not live in capitalism. We live in an alliance of coercion, lies, and convenience. And as long as people get up in the morning and fear a world without the state and its artificially conjured authority, this problem will not dissolve into thin air. The state is not the guardian of a free market, but its violent suppressor. Source:
