Rupert Lowe MP I've been pushing for answers on dangerous foreign drivers, and guess what - the civil service doesn't hold the data. Imagine my shock... "My Department does not hold the number and proportion of collisions involving uninsured drivers that were caused by non-UK citizens. Nor do we have information on the number of uninsured drivers that are non-UK citizens." How on earth can sensible policy be devised when SUCH basic information is not even held by those in charge? Honestly. NOTHING is collected. It pisses me off, SO MUCH. It's either sheer incompetence, or they are deliberately hiding nationality figures from us. I suspect it's both.
