The Treasury has “buried” a report on the impact of taxes on the farming industry until after the Budget. The Government-commissioned report, written by a former president of the National Farmers’ Union (NFU), looks at ways of improving farms’ profitability. Does this explain how so many foreign nationals are slipping through the claimed high standards they are supposed to meet? Driving test fraud on an industrial scale? Immigration fraud? An example had one individual sitting numerous driving/'life in the UK' tests on behalf of others. Again, fears of being called a racist getting in the way of fairness and justice.
