The whole Bitcoin Knots vs Bitcoin Core discussion is absolute ridicolous. Why? BOTH camps are caputured. If you want to escape you really have to do a hard decision which means drop BTC, its ethos is already lost since years. Use Monero instead. Do your research. Maxis try to misinform you about it, they try everything to capture you. Ignore them.
