Academic conference and journal management systems (such as PaperCept) may be complex, but their organizational structures and role definitions are very clear. For systems that require a certain degree of closed-source design and confidentiality, adopting Nostr for optimization may offer limited value. In other words, Nostr is not well-suited for academic management systems, but rather for publishing systems.
