Primal team or #Damus or #Amethyst devs can do anything they want with their products. KYC, caching servers, media optimizing, content filters, ads, monetization, activity logging, information gathering, surveillance - anything. Our task as users is to choose the best option for ourselves. Features or compromises, performance or a beautiful UI - fortunately most clients have open source code. No need to call for abandoning any application, this way we narrow entry points and reduce competition between developers, and therefore quality. Where did those restless guys from #ZBD go, who registered npubs in droves? Oblivion can await such a seemingly high-quality product as Primal. Think about it.
