🍿HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE! 🍿 It’s time for Friday shorts! 🩳 This week we’ve chosen Kenneth Anger’s Rabbit’s Moon. Filmed in 1950 but not complicated until two decades later, there are two different versions, one from 1971 and a later, speeded-up, thus shorter, version from 1979. They are quite different and it’s well worth watching both. 🐇🌕 If you’re enjoying what we’re doing here please like 🤙 zap ⚡️or repost! Thanks for your support! ❤️🍿 1971 version (🕓16): 1979 version (🕓7): image #nostr #plebchain #nostrfilmclub #movies #film #nostrafterdark

It’s Friday! Which means it’s time for Friday Shorts 🩳 Today we have chosen La Jetée (1962) directed and written by Chris Marker. Set in a post-apocalypse future, a time traveler tries to alter the past — it would later provid inspiration for the film 12 Monkeys (1995). Stylistically the film is made almost entirely of still photographs. 28 min Watch it here 👇
