For the record, I’ve been offered a position on the spot before. It happened after a casual conversation. It wasn’t a formal interview. She was like…come work for us. Me: Is this a job offer? Her: 😊 If you want it, it’s yours. I declined because it wasn’t remote. I’m not driving through traffic to get to a job. Not happening! 😅

To be completely honest, I don’t even want to apply for a job. I would rather be appointed. 👑 I want someone to reach out to me with the perfect position that was created just for me. The position is so great that I can’t say no to it. With a salary that’s irresistible. Now that’s something I’ll quickly come out of full retirement for.

Let me add more conditions because I don’t like my time wasted. First off, I’m not even applying if the amount for the salary is less than a certain number. I want to be the highest paid educator on the planet! 🥳🌎🚀 The salaries for machine learning jobs are high. So if you want me to get humans to learn, then at least match it. Regarding the interview process, I’m not signing up for 4 interview. Not happening! Why so many? I’m willing to do the following: *A pre-screening: Maximum 30 minute talk. *No more than two interviews. I prefer one interview. Furthermore, I’m not taking an assessment. I’m not doing a teaching demonstration. I’m not submitting any samples. Nope not doing it. *Then quickly tell me if you want to hire me or not. I’m not waiting weeks nor months. If I don’t receive a response within 7 days after being interviewed, I’m withdrawing my application. 🥳😅 Go hire someone else. Let me be. I’m good. 🥳

Someone just asked me what it would take for me to fully come out of retirement. I already wrote about some of the conditions.

I’m partially out of retirement but that doesn’t mean I’ve forgotten about bringing all of the components of my ministry fully online. I just haven’t found the perfect online space for my community. Once I do, I’ll onboard them. I like to protect others. Barking bullies will not publicly disrespect my fellow Christians. Not on my watch!
