I couldn’t fathom posting on a protocol and being threatened with AI generated nudes if I was a rape survivor that escaped a country where women don’t have many rights. But right now, that is a possibility on Nostr. For the whole world to see.

I can take the heat. I’m a survivor in more ways than one. Barking bullies can’t break me. With that said, can other survivors share their stories without harassment and mocking? Recall, there are numerous replies of me “playing the victim.”

I’ve been advocating and speaking up for others for a while. These people need privacy. They don’t need to be stalked by barking bullies. They don’t need rude replies in their posts. They don’t need to be threatened with having AI generated nudes as retaliation. They don’t need their images tagged with IP address location. The list goes on and on.

And they should have a space to freely do it. A safe space.

There are other news outlets. I won’t post them all. But y’all get the point.

Fox News is mainly about politics, Trump, and the military. Some other topics sprinkled throughout. 🙄

CNN tries to play the middle. But most of it is still a mess. Based on my anecdotal evidence, about 25-30% of their content is worth reading.
