Today is Day 14. Will today finally be the day I get my $3 for completing a survey with
@Cash App Research. Recall, my Bitcoin and cash balance was held hostage for 7 days because of a bug. Nevertheless, I surely thought I would have received my $3 before now considering I completed the survey on May 15. Am I wrong to make that assumption?

Two weeks for $3. Is that the best in customer support that #cashapp can provide? The number 1 app in the Finance category in the Apple App store. Two weeks? In the digital age? By comparison, I received a gift card from Exodus for $50 in less than 48 hours. I didn’t even ask for it. They offered it. I didn’t even write them to complain. I didn’t complete a survey. I sent an email to make a feature request. I was replied to by a human that communicated well and didn’t sound like a robot. Furthermore, the responses were prompt. In my opinion, customer support at #cashapp could definitely be better. I gave
@Cash App support a rating of 1 out of 5. Hopefully, this email showing a “14 day incentive” for completing the survey will come to fruition today. Today, May 29th, is the 14th day.
