Office CMBS delinquencies are 1 percentage point above the post-Financial Crisis peak. The commercial real estate CRISIS is still getting worse. Is Jerome Powell seeing any of this data? It’s worse than GFC, and that was pretty bad, and still crickets coming from the Fed.
