It’s unusual for the sec to consider a spot ETF for ETH as it clearly passes the Howey test which would make it a security. Probably because it’s an easy target for the government to eventually capture since it’s centralized. 4D chess being played here.

Seeing the early adopters selling some of their early wallets is good. It’s good to get those sats spread out to the rest of the world. It’s nice to see them share.
On the other hand, don’t let them all go back into others with deep pockets.
