So I'd like to discuss something that I've been noticing on the Fedi, (Mastodon in particular), and I'm not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing? Boosting. When Mastodon was smaller, boosting was seen as the life blood of the place. Having no algorithm meant that if you saw something fun or interesting, you boosted it so that others could see it as well. And then Twitter became a dumpster fire and Mastodon had a growth spurt. (P1)

One of the things I hate the most about getting older, is having to forgo plans because one of your many body parts has decided for some unknown reason to just go to shit. Wanted to go somewhere? Sorry, your back just went out. Want to go out to eat? Sorry, your hip doesn't want to move. Stupid body.

I don't want too chase my dreams. I want to hire a private investigator to follow my dreams around town and gather information. Then when the time is right I'll confront my dreams with what I know of it and blackmail it into giving me what I want.

From what you know of me, what would you suggest for a PeerTube instance domain name? No wrong answers.

I'm thinking of starting my own #PeerTube instance since the one I'm on might be closing next month. I could afford a single user instance as long as I don't livestream. The price jumps from $10 a month to $40 if I want to livestream and that's not something I can afford, especially since I only livestream once to twice a week. I could open up the instance to others for a monthly fee, but that feels like it may be a bigger pain in the ass then I think. Ugh. I don't know what to do.
