Just got through reading a thread on Piefed (a fedi message board) where someone was complaining about the new quote posting feature coming to Mastodon soon. They didn’t like it because people would be able to remove their post from their quote if they didn’t like what the person quoting had to say. Their complaint is that it would only allow for positive quotes. And that people would be forced to just screenshot the quote. 😐 Oh no! Not that dreaded positivity! No toxicity? What?
Sometimes I think that people get so used to arguing on social media that they wouldn’t recognize a civil discussion if it was right in front of their eyes.
Dear Apple... No one. And I mean no one, has asked, or wants a thinner iPhone. You're running out of ideas. Yours truly, Someone who doesn't need a thinner iPhone.
Have you ever stopped and considered that maybe the reason things are the way they are in the world is that because WE are the artificial intelligence? #PlotTwist
It's Saturday. Stop rushing around like your job is on the line. Slow down a little. It's gonna be okay.
Damn it. I have laundry to do today. Maybe I just need more clothes? That way I'll have longer stretches between laundry days. Nah...
I can't recall the last time I was whelmed, sheveled, ruly, kempt, couth or felt chalant.

The phrase "How dare you" has always seemed off to me. It should be "How do you dare?" but for some reason, someone decided to fuck with the syntax and fuck with everyone's brains. Yet it continues to exist. "How" is a question of the manner in which something is done. "Dare" is a challenge. "You" is the person it's directed at. So essentially you're saying "In what manner challenge you?" Which is even a worse sentence. Why am I telling you this? No clue. Welcome to my ADHD brain.
You can blame LLM's all you want, but I still say that coming out of the trees was the beginning of the end of it all.
