š Daily Update ā 2025-10-02
Things continue to change. The back pain I felt wasnāt isolated to one areaāit lasted only 24 hours and could easily be avoided if I didnāt bend my torso. The rib pain is still there, slightly, when I lie down.
Iāve gained about 3ā4 pounds. To most people thatās incidental, but in my caseāwhere every cell that can be is apoptotic and I canāt generate fat or muscleāit means one thing: liquid and electrolytes are being retained. Probably all the salt from the 4ā5 bags of chips a week Iāve been eating. Iāll temper that, but Iām not changing anything else. Weāre in freefall. I canāt see the bottom yet, but the natural laws donāt change. Itās there.
#Bitcoin is ripping. #Gold is ripping. The electrical reroute for the pool is in motion. Iāve got a Thursday evening wedding to attend tonight. Time keeps going. Iām not in much pain right now. Iām trying to document the minor things as they happenāsomeone should know the path and what to expect. I will not be the last person to experience this.
