Good morning all yβall! Today I got my first indoor two-mile, walk-fit type exercise in. I have been working on this since July 21.
I started with a five minute routine from yes2next on Youtube. The second week I went through it twice each morning M-F. I then moved up, every couple weeks.
I have noticed an improvement in my abilities to walk through stores without getting tired, and getting housework done without having to stop and rest as much.
Time to tend the critters βΊοΈ
