This recipee makes easy to peel eggs.
Steamed eggs:
1. Wash the blooms off the fresh eggs. I use my older eggs.2-3 weeks. Soak in cold water, remove floaters.
2. Place washed eggs gently in steam container
3. Boil 1-2 cups of water, usually fill 1-2 inches in the bottom of the pot.
4. Assemble and steam for 10 minutes.
5. Rest covered for additional 10 minutes.
6. Rinse in cold water and peel.
