Changing your legal name and gender marker should be as easy as getting married is. Fill out a form at your local government office, pay the nominal fee, done. The fact that trans people in some states have to have multiple background checks, character witnesses, pay to post in a newspaper, etc. just to change their name, which marriage can do easily, is complete bullshit. Let people just have a new name whenever they want a new name.

Gender affirming healthcare for everyone! If a cis guy needs top surgery to take care of gynecomastia, absolutely that should be covered with health insurance, same as it should be for trans guys. Same if he has a micropenis or erectile dysfunction. Those are important to a person's mental and emotional health - same as it is for trans guys! If a cis woman wants a boob job or facial hair removal or a "cosmetic" labiaplasty, absolutely. I welcome my cisters to feel comfy in their bodies too!
