I just closed my X account. After being banned there, I made another one with another email, but I only went there to see some articles I saw on Telegram. I feel I need to downsize a bit (I was doing a bit much). I also wanted to close my Substack account and only now saw someone who was on my podcast invited me to go live on there. Normally I love going live with like minded beings, but not so sure if Substack is that place for me. In the meantime I mostly go live on Tiktok with people and we have great conversations. I woke up with a ringing in my ear and luckily I know a mudra for that and I did it and it went away immediately. Mudra for ringing ears: you hold your middle finger down with your thumb in both hands. The other fingers are straight. Before doing it rub your hands together to activate the energy in your hands. I love Mudras and they keep amazing me already for many years. Actually my whole healing journey started with them when I had a burnout and had so much stress and anxiety, that I googled how to be calm and I found Mudras and a whole new world opened up for me. And so I found the subject of my new book.
