YHWH impairs; the Father heals. YHWH leaves Isaac blind in old age (Gen 27:1), has David dagger the blind & lame (2 Sam 5:6-8), & shuts ears: "Hear but not hear" (Isa 6:9). Christ opens blind eyes (Luke 7:22; 18:35-43) & calls: "He who has ears, hear!" (Luke 8:8).

I don't think there's enough popcorn in the world for all the drama in the conservative movement right now.
