Very interesting piece written in 1923 by Errico Malatesta called: Why Fascism Won (in Italy) "Fascism, which synthesizes all the reaction and calls back to life all the sleeping atavistic ferocity, won because it had the financial support of the rich bourgeoisie and the material help of the various governments that wanted to use it against the pressing proletarian threat; it won because it found against it a tired mass, disillusioned and made helpless by fifty years of parliamentary propaganda; but above all it won because its violence and its crimes have certainly provoked the hatred and spirit of revenge of the offended but have not aroused that general reproach, that indignation, that moral horror which it seemed to us should arise spontaneously in every gentle soul." Today in the world we have two main strong groups, the left and the right. They are both Cantillon masters, controlling the printer. #bitcoin
"A society is humane only if it allows people to stop performing without losing dignity." A humane society should allow for status exit. Renunciation must be possible if a society is to remain psychologically survivable over the long term. All material only societies die off.
The solution will always be local first. People around us are fundamental. There's always a bridge we can create with someone, isn't there?
Life is going to be voluntaryist and modular in the future. We're going to work meaningful jobs and projects without strict schedules. People will love and respect one another and want to spend time with each other.
