"Once a ceasefire is signed" By whom? Because the Russian's don't consider Zel legitimate. So how's Ukraine going to sign a ceasefire?
"if its allies can guarantee security" obviously means western troops in the Ukraine. Not something Russia will tolerate.
So it's all BS, said in a way that clueless media zombies might think it's a serious proposal. But it is carefully set up to make actual peace impossible. The spice money has to flow.
