Nutrition habits that 10x’d my life:
• eating 40-50g animal protein at breakfast OR enjoying a massive bowl of hydrating organic fruit
• drinking an elixir of apple cider vinegar with lemon and electrolytes/salt every rising
• taking 5 deep present breaths before eating
• daily probiotics from kefir, yogurt, raw milk, raw cheese, raw meat and kimchi
• pairing fats (cream/raw milk) with coffee to blunt caffeine / cortisol
• brisk walking for 20-30 minutes after each meal
