so in elementary school i learned such funny things, like about balance of powers and the separation of the legislative, judicial, and executive branches. thus, i do find it odd how we refer to “biden-appointed judges” or “trump-appointed judges” as that surely would not mean that the executive branch appoints the judiciary as that would clearly breach the separation of powers, no?
absolutely power corrupts absolutely?
does anyone else find the use of the word “czar” irksome? or is it just me. as in “transportation czar”? etc. everyone else is cool wit’ dat?
*sigh*
too much to ask for elon to doge himself, i suppose?
elon, would you be so kind as to DOGE your companies? divest yourself from the parasitic government nipple—stop sucking a sour teat dry!
Really excuse me for repetition but for those in the back: the problem with the U.S. isn’t that it is too capitalist, the problem is IT IS NOT CAPITALIST ENOUGH. We are stuck with so many leaders presenting themselves as scions of business when all of them are less Ayn Randish and much more Stalinist: ELON MUSK DONALD TRUMP ALEX KARP MELTY ICE CREAM THIEL HAVE SIGNIFICANT SUCCESS IF NOT ALL FROM SOCIALIZED GOVERNMENT-SUBSIDIZED-WELFARE-MOMS-TO-THE-NTH-DEGREE CAPITAL THEY WOULD NEVER EARN OF THEIR OWN BUSINESS MERITS.
This inflation of position and authority creates a significant societal problem as the cream does not rise to the top and I’ll let you fill in the blank with your own nomenclature as to what does——-> ________________.
Thus, as we establish our new society as this one goes kaput, let’s keep taxes in the single digits for the good of all, and furthermore, limit it as much as humanly possible only for essential services and little else.
