I made a new discovery ... imported Thai Birds Eye chilis in the UK. These are NOT what the supermarkets will label and try to sell you - which are actually Prik Jinda or Thai Jinda chilis. See the second image, yes this is a hill I will die on 😉 Also, a Thai Jinda chili is 50-75K SHU, a real birds-eye chili is 90-120K. These are notably hotter 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ So ... I snapped up a bag.
