One of my kids is very much into minerals (for unknown reasons since I'm a rockhound and 7yos routinely hate what dad likes, right? Right?) so we started a "grow your own alum crystal" science project. Unfortunately the crystals aren't growing as expected, so I had to start looking for information to see if we're doing something wrong. Having found such information, I can confidently say that DAMN now I'm going to have *yet another* obsession.

For the record, I'm still unemployed - there are a couple things that seem promising but still no offer so they're nothing. Which means it's again time to #getfedihired (or #fedihire ?) because I'm still a pretty good Django developer, and I've been a developer for long enough to know my way around pretty much everything this side of Rust (eg. doing small contract stuff with Angular right now). I was also a CTO! And I live in Berlin, and speak EN/IT and a little DE. And I'm lovely =)
Another track from a long long time ago, with the dubious merit of being a) one of the very few with Italian lyrics; and b) a noisy, possibly industrial spoken word opera in three acts. Note that the file is very harsh. Be mindful of your ears and don't trust the intro.
A recent discussion that I will not link to, to protect the innocent, made me realize I have a barely suppressed stationery fixation (not fetish because there's nothing sexual but, you know) Am I alone in this? (I'm genuinely curious so if you feel like boosting that's great and of the utmost importance) (Also I suspect I'd need to run this on Twitter to have a control group)
My kids' educator told us the children were talking about politics at school (primary), and there was great commotion around AfD - so gret, in fact, that my own kids apparently cried like crazy because they fear that if AfD wins, we (parents) will be sent away because we weren't born in Germany. I'm so fucking angry at those motherfucking Putin-fellating Nazis right now. #afd #fuckafd #fuckputin
It's clear to me that Wordrush doesn't have enough "retention" - of the hundreds or so of people who tried it, very few if any play it again. I don't want to go full marketing on this but I'd like to know if there's something I can/should do to improve on that so, here we go: If you've tried it, what's the thing that didn't make you go back? https://pgcd.itch.io/wordrush (explanatory comments welcome of course) #wordrush
As you all know, I'm really not great at self-promotion and I'd rather do literally anything else. BUT, after leaving itch.io frontpage, my little game basically stopped receiving views, which I guess means I should do something. And the something is this: please boost and share and, ideally, have a look and maybe play, because I have it on good authority it's fun and good for your brain. https://pgcd.itch.io/wordrush It's also free, and the music is great, and I'm a nice person. #wordrush
