I've been asking my sister to let me know how my father's surgery went as soon as she knows, because my travel plans depend on that - if he survives the surgery I'll leave ASAP, if he doesn't I'll have to wait for the funeral. AND SHE DOESN'T FUCKING UNDERSTAND and keeps on repeating we don't know, there may be post-op complications etc etc. BUT THAT'S NOT WHAT I FUCKING ASKED FOR, is it? It's so so so so fucking hard.
