Scholarship. Education is an investment in the future of ones self and also to society. There are few more worthy pursuits. I don't know what the future of higher ed will be, but I do know I want to support students. So I'm creating the "Jimmy and Tommy Dodd Bitcoin Scholarship" in honor of my father and his twin brother, Uncle Jimmy. Both attended Virginia Tech and are proud Alumni. I'm funding it for 40 years, with 10,000,000 satoshis. It will pay out once per year, 250,000 satoshis to one student selected from a simple and quick application process, answering 3 questions: 1 - why is this bitcoin scholarship good for you? 2 - how will you use it? 3 - why you? Always knew I was a Nevadan and and American. Surprised to learn that “US Citizen” as defined by the 14th amendment is not at all applicable to me. Citizenship of the “United States” (which is a corporation, per 28 USC 3002 (15) ) appears to establish a sole proprietorship (Person) on behalf of a living man or woman.
