This hasn't been my year in terms of training. I started off badly with a back injury, then I found out I had an inguinal hernia, I had surgery, and then when the doctor gave me the all-clear to go back to the gym, I caught the flu, which still has my respiratory tract messed up.
But it's not how hard you get hit that matters, it's how you get back up. So here I am, doing a light workout just to get the blood flowing.
