a great way to break up bsky appview implementation work would be implementing "Following" as a regular feedgen. one of the harder pieces in general high-req-rate full-network scale, but a bunch of ez optimizations: only recent posts, limit following count, only subset of network, etc
which, spoiler, we know and have spent a bunch of time on, but that won't be visible until we have something we are confident about shipping
a complexity is handling account security / takeover scenarios, in which case you didn't want to allow migration. also the "adversarial" scenario still needs to be more accessible, and maybe that should be prioritized first
