I prayed requesting guidance regarding the people who delivered false information about the moon leading to misleading many Muslims about an important sign regarding the change of orbit of the moon and because of the following verses and believing that God decreed everything with precision, the escalation will be reduced and they will be awake today so that God gives them their punishment when it’s time (however, the false information request will still be active for any further actions even regarding the moon sighting again).
52:45 At-Tur
فَذَرْهُمْ حَتَّىٰ يُلَاقُوا يَوْمَهُمُ الَّذِي فِيهِ يُصْعَقُونَ
So leave them until they meet their Day in which they will be struck insensible -
52:46 At-Tur
يَوْمَ لَا يُغْنِي عَنْهُمْ كَيْدُهُمْ شَيْئًا وَلَا هُمْ يُنْصَرُونَ
The Day their plan will not avail them at all, nor will they be helped.
52:47 At-Tur
وَإِنَّ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا عَذَابًا دُونَ ذَٰلِكَ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
And indeed, for those who have wronged is a punishment before that, but most of them do not know.
