Every year at the fall fest, hubby brings quarters to get duck food to feed the ducks. Most people don't carry quarters anymore, so we bring extras and leave them on top of the food dispenser so the next kids that come by can get some.

Saw this flyer at a shop yesterday;decided to reach out to my HOA to organize a food drive in my neighborhood.
Private effort is completely inadequate to replace the $Billions of food aid being cut, but doing *something* matters...plus community building is the real solution & basis for all change.
