Having a diverse repertoire of exercises rather than strictly lifting heavy weights is crucial.
Lifting, yoga, fighting, dancing, rock climbing, gymnastics, etc.,
Lifting is incredible, but the these other non-lifting exercises works your muscles with such fine detail that the soreness is unmatched when they’re worked in to your fitness regimen.
Our ancestors consistently seem to have these mic-drop knowledge bombs that we write off as clown world business, but in reality we just don’t like their explanations because it doesn’t align with our modern “scientism” of the natural world.
