“When you give someone your time, you are giving them a portion of your life that you can never take back” - Alexander the Great PV if your go-to lift is a Turkish Get Up.
Even as recent as the early 90’s wearing sweatpants in public was seen as a form of giving up on oneself. See ‘The Pilot’ Episode of Seinfeld for the full depth of my research.
Prayer is just a form of meditation. Do both.
Polyester clothing used to get ridiculed and now the average person is ensconced in it. The plastic leeches into your skin. The effect is even worse when you’re sweating or wearing the synthetic materials in the sauna. Then the effect is magnified when you wear “sustainable” clothing that’s made from recycled materials, because they’re made from already partially decomposed plastics leeching *even* more phthalates into your skin. Obliterate your polyester underwear, immediately.
You’ve been marketed form-fitting athletic clothes that are entirely made of “sustainable materials”, but have “anti-stink technology” or “cooling technology”. They’re just selling you recycled garbage bags lined with some other nonsense. Wool is naturally anti-stink, moisture wicking, cooling, AND warming. Nature has created perfect clothes for you, anon. Stop wearing plastic garbage bags, anon!
Your heart produces a magnetic field that extends up to 6ft away. 6ft social-distancing was not a mistake. “They” want(ed) you to be deprived of human connection.
Sleep in linen sheets with wool pillows and a wool comforter. Among other reasons Linen and wool kill static. The static messes with your magnetic field.
Wear sunglasses sparingly. They trick your brain into thinking it’s darker than it is outside and you won’t produce the appropriate amount of melanin that your body would otherwise.
Grounding in uncorrupted soil creates a small magnetic field stemming from the top of your dome-piece and I believe this protects you from the most harmful rays of the sun. Much like the magnetic field of Earth protects it from solar flares.
