Inter-zone network peering Public Beta is now available on `fi-hel1` <-> `fi-hel2`!
Users can now establish private networking between two networks on different zones (ie. only those zones for now). We really do mean "beta", the bandwidth is best-effort. The process for creating an inter-zone peering is the same as with zone-local peerings. It can be done between two different accounts.

People didn't believe us when we said our SLA was 100% for most plans! To make ourselves seem more credible we've lowered it by 0.001%. Now we have SLA of 99.999% everywhere by default (bar a couple of developer plans with only four 9s). That'll satisfy the skeptical, yes?
