Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna who sits on the House Committee on Foreign Affairs and the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, and who is the Chairwoman of the Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, says on Joe Rogan that in her investigations of UAP's, UFO's, and credible whistleblowers who have come forward, that she does not have the Special Access clearance for the information of those programs.
So what we have is: she is the United States Government's oversight over these programs, and she has been denied that very access.
So, the question then is: if the Representatives of The People are not in charge of this government, then who is?
