What would be the purpose of this? As a former military, I can tell you that when soldiers enter this contractual agreement, they are contracting away their freedom and autonomy--and accepting essentially a pre-proscribed slavery (that can be changed at any time), for the term. So they wanted these leaders of Silicon Valley as indentured slaves to the executive arm. Why? BTW, I don't know what they were promised in return, but I think whatever it was, they were mad to do this.

CIA's AI Bots, all turned inward upon Americans, hard at work, trying to direct the narrative. Today, the CIA's focus and work is now almost all focused inward. It was never even supposed to do its operations inside the USA, but, now, almost all its efforts are focused upon the American people.
